At least three types are confirmed about this XENON 50mmf0.95, but this individual one is considerably bigger than the other types and heavy. It was about 700g on a scale at hand. Although this lens body is glossy black and was connected to the base with an iris diaphragm, Helicoid and Mount of the silver metal, I could not find the suitable mount to the existing camera, so I requested Mr. Miyazaki to change into Leica M mount. As a result, the part of its silver was taken away, but It became that the body and the Helicoid both have the almost same feeling of a material and also I feel the unities of both was increased.
As for the description, I can say this is the typical bokeh lens. This shows me very interesting pictures to explain with the focus part is sharp + stronger blur appears around the highlight + the swirling bokeh by astimatism and the flow of comatic aberration both on peripheral area.

Hamstead

The title shows Hamstead, but I suppose it is difficult to understand the scene. Hamstead is the very exclusive residential area and have a big park of Hamstead Heath in centre. Inside the park there are ponds(swimmable), hills(photo of para-glider), the palace of Kenwood House(movie spot of 'Notting hill') which makes the subjects of photos obscure. Taking Photo was not allowed in the palace.
The description of the centre part is very sharp and at the same time shows very specific and elegant bokeh, which is my very favorite tastes.

Chinatown of London exists as sandwiched with theater areas and SOHO in the immediate Eastern bloc of the Piccadilly circus, but it is small to compare the scale with that of Yokohama. Although crimson paper lanterns etc. are located in a line during the lunar New Year season, it is not such spectacular. Because the street of the Chinatown is narrow for the events, such event usually is performed every year in Trafalgar Square of the south side. It was an unlucky weather, on which the snow fell down occasionally on that day, and temperature was too low, and since feeling of hands were lost immediately, I withdrew there immediately.

Tokyo Downtown

Because the examples are at full aperture or near, I can enjoy a peculiar description of this lens described in above lens impression. It shows the swirling bokeh, but the expression is different from that by Kino-Plasmat. I think that the clearness at a focus portion is more on this lens than Kino, it can be used also for daily use. The very ordinal scenery of the downtown area of Tokyo in Showa 1940s period remained around Hikufune station. I was surprised at this not a little. A buckwheat noodle shop and fish-shaped-pancake-stuffed-with-bean-jam store are there as the very natural scene which I had been looking every day in old days, and which made me to feel as if I were time slipped. I made a good experience besides taking photography.
